Hi everyone,
I am trying to edit a user in SpiceCRM and when I click on the appropriate users “edit” buttom the screen
goes blank and freezes (does not appear to load - just a white screen with the navigation bar at the top).
Anyone who could point me in the right direction or help - I would be most grateful.

looks like a php error in the background. Do you have any line in your php error log?

Error log is showing nothing, tried permission also but nothing sorted as yet.

sure you are talking about php error log and not sugar log?
What is your php version?
