# CE Fresh install on 2019.07 - Errors

CE Fresh install on 2019.07 - Errors

looks better on previous versions but still getting the “Component **PiplContainer** Missing” error on contacts raised with Val

PIPL packge is not available in SpiceCRM free edition.  
I guess you loaded the PIPL config package over administration \> packge laoder \> content \> PIPL Service. It should be greyed out and it is not.
