# Does Kreporter 4 supports SugarCRM 6.5?

I am using Kreporter 3 as of the momebt in sugar 6. And I am olaning to upgrade to Kreporter 4.

My question is, does kreporter 4 will work on sugarcrm 6.5?

Has anyone tried it?

Ron,

with KReporter 4.x we ended the support for fusion charts library  
If you upgrade you will have to call the script converting Fusion Charts to HighCharts:  
[http://yourSitePath.com/index.php?module=KReports&action=convertFusionchart2Highchart](http://yourSitePath.com/index.php?module=KReports&action=convertFusionchart2Highchart)  
The script will create a backup table of your reports (kreports\_backup)

Upgrade Steps:

1. uninstall KReporter 3 using uninstall interface in administration
2. install KReporter 4 using install interface administration
3. run convert script: [http://yourSitePath.com/index.php?module=KReports&action=convertFusionchart2Highchart](http://yourSitePath.com/index.php?module=KReports&action=convertFusionchart2Highchart)
