# Error install SCRIPT5009: 'YAHOO' is not defined

I need help with the installation of SPICECRM, I get this error and not how to solve…

`SCRIPT5009: 'YAHOO' is not defined`

I have all the permissions in the 777 folders

Dario,  
Make sure you have a /cache folder  
775 shall be enough for web user.  
You might encounter same problem as in thread [After Installation I get a blank page for Kreport 4.2](https://community.spicecrm.io/t/after-installation-i-get-a-blank-page-for-kreport-4-2/279/20)  
Please have a look at it.
