# Kreporter Version 4 Working Problem in SugarCRM Community Edition 6.5.25

I Installed Kreporter Version 4 in Sugarcrm Version 6.5.25. Installation was Successful. But problem is that Module dropdown is not loading and also assigning user dropdown also not loading. Can anyone give me a fix for this?

Is it kreporter 4.1 free edition or pro?  
Please make sure your server configuration matches KREST requirements. Check KREST installation guide under [http://www.spicecrm.io/download/krest-installation-guide/](http://www.spicecrm.io/download/krest-installation-guide/)
