Attempting to bring up a report for activity for a set of customers. In Select tab, I have Account-Name = “Customer” (have tried both Required and Optional) as a test for 1 customer. It either brings up all customers or no info at all.
As this is a text field and not a drop down (unable to select Is One Of in the operator field for Select tab), any ideas why it’s not bringing up the information when I set the Account Name = customer name?
I have also tried to = Account ID, same results as above.
