KReport changing filter does not refresh charts

Hi @maretval

I am creating the report on a filter of a specific value of Introduction and its editable filter in Report.

Now, I filter value change and get the new data from the data display but does not affect the chart.

How can I refresh the chart data?

Please mention your KReporter version as well as CRM name and version in which your are using it.

We are using SuiteCRM 7.10.29 and KReport 4.4 Pro version.

Did you set option “data update on user request?”

In that case you’ll have to push the search button to refresh

Hi @maretval

When I set the default condition Sales Stage = Introduction in a report, I load the report with the Introduction of the chart. The user will change the condition Sales Stage = Ignore or any other value, it will not affect the chart.

It is AmChart.

ok. Would be better to use highcharts.
AmCharts capability hasn’t been updated in 4.4.
