MS Graph/Office 365 tasks completed not updating

Steps to reproduce:

  • create a new task in SpiceCRM
  • go to Office 365 and click on ‘To Do’ tab
  • SpiceCRM task is created in the To Do list
  • complete the task in SpiceCRM
  • Office 365 To Do (Task) item does not update as complete
    OR
  • complete task in Office 365
  • SpiceCRM Task remains ‘not started’

Did you login to the CRM with single Sign On button?

Hello Val,

Yes - I have logged in via MS 365 single signon – and logged into same account in web outlook

  • The user’s calendar events (meetings and calls) are syncing bi-directionally
  • Contacts are syncing from CRM to 365
  • My tasks will sync from CRM to 365 only - not sure if it should also sync 365 to CRM - but not updated - if I close the Task on either side- it is not updating the other side.

Permissions are missing on our test environment and I couldn’t try out the scenario in SpiceCRM 2024.02.001. I’ll see that we turn on the tasks for our Test environment
