Pivot table not displaying a column in report, but does in chart and export

Hello,

We have an Invoice YTD repot by Business Type (renewal, growth, new business, other). When we run the report, only 3 of the 4 columns appear in the report (renewal, growth and other [blank]). The chart shows all 4 categories and when exported to excel, all 4 categories appear. Any idea why this happens?

Do you have empty values for new business? => no invoices

if I understand you correctly, there are contracts that are not new business?

Difficult to say without seeing anything.
There is a ‘show empty values’ for pivot table if I recall correctly. Did you check it?
