I am interested in the profit model of SpiceCRM, how does the company makes profit?
SpiceCRM is an open source project. So per se for the open source version it is a model of give and get. There are also commercial addons available that extend SpiceCRM and can be licensed but none of that is needed to still have a flexible and decent CRM platform. You can also buy support and hosting of the partners contributing to the project.
