I want to use connector but after I go to the connector setting it turns blank page.
how to fix this?

SugarCRM CE 6.5.22 on which Spicecrm is based has the same problem.
Latest CE 6.5.26 still has it.
I will add the feature to the wish list for SpiceCRM Winter Release (for upcoming Fall release it’s too late) and keep you posted.
