Creating/Updating TargetList via report not working

This issue just started happening, functionality has worked previously.

Created a report of contacts with email addresses included from several companies and enabled the Export to TargetList option on Integrate tab. We tried to update (and add to) existing, as well as create new target list. It only imports the account names, no contacts are added to the list.

Any ideas on what may have went wrong?

Sounds like you selected Accounts as primary module.
For targetlist export you need to select the module from which you want the data to be used in the targetlist. In your case Contacts.
