How to manage Unicode characters

Hi,
do you know how to manage Unicode characters ?

I mean the description field of Case module.
You see,… there are a lot of “” charachters to be converted:

PS: i’m using KReporter 3.0.6

Mayer … first please upgrade to KReporter 4.1 … :slight_smile: … 3.0.6 is quite outdated and we do not even have any instances of that any longer where we could reproduce it.
