we have account names with special charecters in, these display fine on the report but when exported they are changed into different symbols.

does it happen with all exports CSV, Excel and PDF? Or just CSV?
What kind kind of special characters are we talking about? Something like Chinese or rather chars like ä, é, Č ?

the current issue is exporting ’ (apostrophe) to a ? (Question mark)
this is on an export to CSV.

When you open generated csv in a simple texteditor, do you have the questionmark instead of an apostrophe?
