B2B2X: yes in terms of Accounts hierarchy, Partnermanagement, Productmanagement
Next Best Action: yes in terms of “next steps” in Opportunity management or defining workflowtasks depending on pre-defined criteria.
Knowledge Management: yes in terms of a knowledge base
AI & NLP in Sales: no - Only Reporting available
Brand Management: not sure. Possibly with a combinated use of Campaignmanagement tools, Pricing engine and reporting
All the features only in SpiceCRM more, meaning with license costs.
