Results not updating when changing dates in search/filter criteria

In previous versions of KReports the results of my report would update automatically to reflect any changes in the search/filter criteria. In the most recent version of KReports when I change a date field in the search/filter criteria area the results don’t update until I click the magnifying icon at the top right of this area.

Is this expected behaviour in new versions of KReports?

Noticed in some reports that clicking the magnifying glass icon has no effect on the results. Also in some reports the results update automatically without clicking the icon.

there is a setting in the report details that controls if the report updates automatically or per request. But will check into it.
