I tried to setup SpiceCRM and after configuring Elastic search and all other requirements, I tried to setup backend.
When I have opened https://myspicecrmurl/backend I’m getting this error Can not load DB manager
What could be the reason?

Installation process is now to be triggered from frontend.
Just call https://myspicecrmurl
(supposing frontend is cloned there)
Do you have any trace of an installation? already a 000.cnf in frontend under config/sites
or a config.php in backend?
Did you download master from each repository?

Backend https://github.com/spicecrm/spicecrm_be_release_core

No I don’t have a 000.cnf or config.php file in my backend.
I downloaded it from those URLs.
My PHP version is PHP 7.2.24-0ubuntu0.18.04.6 (cli)

File permissions on server are checked? Can webuser execute files?
Yes, I have tried 775, 755 for files and folders. 755 & 775 for folders and 644 for files also.
It shows me configuration page. I filled up backend URL and other details. On clicking NEXT nothing happens and console gives this error
VM58:1 GET http://161.35.55.164/spice/config/check?url=aHR0cDovLzE2MS4zNS41NS4xNjQvc3BpY2UvYmFja2VuZA== 404 (Not Found)
