Select User instead of giving user id

Hi Team,

could you please let us know how to filter assigned user by selecting i.e which opens a popup to select the user which is default feature of crm instead of giving user id.

Like this we may need few reports to filter which is related with relationship fields instead of entering id.

Also in the screenshot of the report result AssignedUser is printing as “1” instead of is there any way to print the User Name corresponding to that UserID.

Please guide me.
