Scheduled Reports fail if report has zero results

  • it is expected that a report with zero results is still a report outcome and should be delivered via the schedule report function in Kreporter via email
  • The ‘Scheduler Job’ fails when a report with zero results is being processed. We tested same report with different fitlers to ensure results and then the scheduler job was successful. We are able to verify that the scheduler job fails if results are zero in the report

I am checking with @christian from SpiceCRM on this matter as Kreporters as a plugin for SugarCRM/SuiteCRM reached end of life and is now solely a component for native reporting in SpiceCRM. I will reference you link for clues - thank you very much.
