deleted records showing in listview then need to reload

We are testing leads and then deleting them by selecting the records in the list view and using the ‘bulk action’ function to delete – the page refreshes and the leads are gone — then if I navigate away and then back to the list - the leads appear again - if i reload the listview then they are gone again –

is there a configuration in FTS that is able to flush the deleted records?

Try the synchronous flag in the FTS index parameters.
Set it, save
logout & re-login

Hello,

No change - I went to FTS - selected ‘Lead’ module, then click on ‘Index Parameter’ tab and selected ‘synchronous’=yes - and ‘save’ - then logged out and back in again

then i went to leads - deleted some test records - they were removed from the list view — went ot opportunities - then back to leads and and the delete leads were still listed - i refreshed and then they were gone
